The Paralegal/Legal Secretary will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic legal files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and deadlines for the legal team.
Providing administrative support to the legal department, including answering phones, processing invoices, managing emails, and handling mail.
Managing and ensuring compliance with contractor licensing and bonding requirements, including application submissions, renewals, and maintaining up-to-date records.
