Immediate hiring for Legal Adviser – Real Estate & Construction
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Sholinganallur
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and construction agreements (sale deeds, lease deeds, JV agreements, EPC, vendor contracts).
Conduct land due diligence and title verification.
Ensure compliance with property laws, construction regulations, and statutory approvals.
Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.
Liaise with government authorities and external legal counsel.
Advise management on legal risks, contracts, and claims management.
LLB from a recognized university with 3–5 years of relevant real estate/construction experience.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
