Location: C.R. Park, New Delhi
Working Days: 6 days a week
Education Qualification
• LLB (Completed)
• Enrolled or eligible to enroll as an Advocate (preferred)
Experience Required:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Advocate or in a legal back-office role
• Mandatory experience working in property / home loan back-office hubs such as legal vetting, verification, and mortgage-related documentation
Key Responsibilities:
TSR Verification & Vetting:
• Conduct thorough Title Search Report (TSR) checks, document scrutiny, legal vetting of property papers, and compliance review.
Post Follow-Up & Mortgage Creation:
• Coordinate with internal teams, banks/NBFCs, and clients for follow-ups related to documentation, pending queries, and completion of mortgage creation formalities.
• Review and verify property-related documents including sale deeds, chain documents, NOCs, and sanction letters.
• Ensure proper legal compliance and documentation accuracy for mortgage processing.
• Maintain case records, follow-up trackers, and timely reporting.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of property documentation and home loan legal processes
• Experience in banking, finance, NBFC, or home-loan legal backend operations
• Good knowledge of title verification, legal vetting, mortgage-related documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle time-bound tasks
