Job Description
Handling Legal Cases/Matters related to Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), legal aspects under the matter of Income Tax, Excise, Customs, GST, NCLT or any other matters that require the expertise and advice of a senior legal professional.
Handling the matters related to Intellectual property: (copy rights, trademark, patent etc.) Protection and Enforcement for all the group & Associate companies
Handling the Litigation matters including the vetting and drafting of all legal documents for all the group & Associate companies whenever required
Conducting Due Diligence for legal matters for the group & Associate companies whenever
Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the group & Associate companies
Will be responsible to act as a Advocate/legal practitioner or Authorized legal representative on behalf of the company and any other matter instructed by Chairman time to time in respect of such act or advocacy Provider are binding to present yourself before any Tribunal & Court and use your Degree (Sanad) provided by The Bar Council of India
• Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
