Manage legal disputes, notices, and litigation in a solution-oriented manner.
Liaise with external counsel, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Establish and maintain organized legal records and documentation systems.
Monitor applicability of laws and ensure effective and timely compliance.
Provide legal support for the Group Company, Sara Analytics Private Limited , in alignment with the responsibilities outlined above.
Assist in reducing litigation exposure through proactive legal strategy and risk management.
Ensure ******** boundaries by not undertaking Company Secretarial work, in compliance with Bar Council of India regulations.
LLB / LLM from a reputed institution.
~5+ years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial law.
~ Strong command over Indian corporate and regulatory laws.
~ Proven expertise in legal drafting, vetting, and contract negotiation.
