Open Positions – Confity Capital Partners (India)
Confity Capital Partners (CCP) is a global growth equity and strategic investment firm focused on Aviation, Healthcare, Smart Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, and Emerging Technologies. As part of our India expansion, we are inviting detail-oriented, motivated, and high-caliber professionals to join us in the following key role:
Legal Aid / Associate Legal Counsel
Location: Delhi
Type: Full-time
Experience: 5–8 years
Responsibilities:
• Draft and review investment agreements, contracts, MoUs, and legal filings
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, etc.)
• Coordinate with external counsel, investors, and government bodies
• Support fund structuring, M&A documentation, and aviation-related legal matters
Requirements:
• LLB/LLM from a recognized institution; Bar Council registration required
• Experience in private equity, aviation law, or structured finance preferred
• Excellent contract drafting and legal research skills
• Meticulously detail-oriented, with strong legal documentation ability
Interview & Selection Process
Step 1: Application Submission
Candidates must submit:
• A detailed resume (PDF format)
• A 3-minute video introducing themselves, covering:
o Background and qualifications
o Past experience and interests
o Career goals for the next 5 years
o Why Confity Capital Partners interests them
• A 300-400 word note on why they are suitable for the job
• Additional sample drafts of commercial contracts (if available) or any other legal drafts
• Experience in aviation law or aviation-related matters (if applicable) is a plus
Step 2: Screening

• Shortlisted candidates will receive a preliminary call
Step 3: Interviews
• Round 1: Functional Interview with the designated SME from CCP
• Round 2: Task-based or Case Study round (for mid- to senior-level roles)
• Round 3: Final Interview with the Leadership team
Step 4: Offer & Onboarding
• Selected candidates will receive a formal offer and a structured onboarding plan
• Onboarding includes a 4-week immersion into CCP’s portfolio, strategic sectors, and global processes
Your salary will be based on your current or last drawn package.
