Job Title: Legal Analyst
Department: Incorporation & Legal Affairs
Location: Calicut
Job Type: Full-time
Job Overview:
The Legal & Registration Associate will oversee corporate registrations, legal documentation, and compliance processes. This role ensures that all regulatory requirements are met efficiently while supporting company operations with accurate legal filings and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Registration & Compliance:
• Assist in company incorporation, LLP registration, and other legal entity formations.
• Prepare and file statutory documents for regulatory approvals and renewals.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and national legal requirements.
• Legal Documentation & Contract Management:
• Draft, review, and manage legal agreements, including Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs), Articles of Incorporation, and partnership contracts.
• Maintain organized records of registrations, licenses, and legal contracts.
• Ensure timely renewals and compliance checks on business documentation.
• Regulatory Liaison & Advisory:
• Coordinate with government agencies, legal consultants, and compliance bodies for smooth processing of documents.
• Provide internal teams with legal guidance on corporate structuring and policy implementation.
• Experienced/ Freshers can apply
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of business incorporation procedures and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills for drafting precise legal documents.
• Familiarity with government portals and registration processes.
