DescriptionWe are looking for a Legal and Law professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and representing the company in legal proceedings when necessary. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and guidance to the organization on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and intellectual property lawEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and proceduresRepresent the company in legal proceedings, including drafting and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and manage legal risksStay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the companySkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law from a reputed university2-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a law firm or corporate legal departmentStrong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations, including corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and intellectual property lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage legal risksExperience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, policies, and proceduresExperience in representing clients in legal proceedings, including drafting and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlementsFluency in English and Hindi, with excellent legal writing and drafting skills
