Responsibilities
As a member of the IP Operations team, you will handle tasks that support U.S. and foreign patent filing and prosecution, collaborating with a large team including in-house attorneys, patent agents, patent paralegals, and Dolby’s inventors
Provide administrative support, such as making photocopies, sorting and filing mail, organizing and maintaining physical files, and preparing FedEx packages
Scan, download, and save various documents and route correspondence into electronic files
Prepare, obtain signatures, and record patent related forms such as assignments with the United States Patent and Trademark Office
Perform word processing and Excel spreadsheet functions including documents, graphs, tables, and database retrieval
Handle other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or IP Operations Leadership Team
