Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, proofread, and review legal documents; conduct legal research using LexisNexis and other resources
Support lawyers with client, witness, and expert interviews as needed
Manage and organize case files using iManage
Handle filing, data entry, and document scanning
Coordinate appointments and maintain lawyers’ calendars
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in family law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Alberta court filing procedures
Experience assisting with trial preparation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
