We are currently searching for an experienced Legal Assistant (Practice Assistant) to provide temporary support for attorneys in our San Diego office.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
Prepare legal documents and correspondence
Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Three (3) or more years of experience as a legal assistant or secretary in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government entity
A high school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation: $38.00 - $43.50 per hour
Pay ranges are provided in compliance with SB1162, California's pay transparency law; actual pay may vary based on a variety of factors, including education, applicable experience, etc.
