DESCRIPTION
When joining the Companys in-house legal team (Data Privacy), you are required to be in a position to learn and showcase your expertise in data privacy, contract drafting, negotiations, and intellectual property right matters related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
5 Years or 3 Years Degree in Law (LLB/LLM),
Data Privacy Experience/Certification is Must,
Good Command of the English language.
Work Experience - 1-3 Years
Work Location - Bangalore
Job Overview
Review of privacy policies and data privacy addendum
Ensuring compliance and adhering to the new data privacy law
Experience in communicating with Stakeholder both internal and external
Reviewing and closing NDAs, Agreements, all low and high-ended transactions from a legal perspective, etc.
Experience in drafting Legal Letters/Notices, Agreements, and contracts
Understanding clauses and well-versed in negotiations
Drafting legal opinions and conducting legal research
Manage end-to-end contracts database
Assisting in the implementation of legal processes in the company
Basic understanding and background of Data Privacy and Technology Laws
Any other requirements arising in the organization within the legal context,
