Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Associate to join our Legal Affairs team at Moolchand Healthcare in Delhi. The Legal Associate will provide support to the legal department in various matters, including contract review, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and possess excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update corporate records, including resolutions, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with Indian corporate lawsMonitor changes in Indian laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.Advise on regulatory compliance matters and assist in developing and implementing compliance programs tailored to Indian regulations.Collaborate with external legal counsel in managing litigation matters in Indian courts.Assist in gathering and organizing documents for legal proceedings in accordance with Indian legal procedures.Effectively communicate legal advice to non-legal stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, considering cultural nuances.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business strategiesRequired QualificationsExcellent research, writing, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience in an Indian corporate legal department or law firm with a focus on corporate and commercial law
