Job Description
• Advising the business teams of MoneyView on debt fund-raising, including research and structuring of transactions.
• Structuring, negotiating and finalising debt fund-raise documents (including term loans, debentures and securitisation), including negotiating with external stakeholders.
• Providing transaction advisory support for MoneyView’s investments.
• Reviewing and negotiating service agreements, vendor contracts, employment agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, admin related contracts etc.
• Advising the business teams of MoneyView on regulatory environments relevant to the BFSI sector.
• Advising on other general corporate commercial matters for the MoneyView Group.
• Management of internal stakeholders and negotiating with external stakeholders; liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and outside counsel to manage multiple projects.
