Job Description
Advising the business teams of MoneyView on debt fund-raising, including research and structuring of transactions.
• Structuring, negotiating and finalising debt fund-raise documents (including term loans, debentures and securitisation), including negotiating with external stakeholders.
• Providing transaction advisory support for MoneyView's investments.
• Reviewing and negotiating service agreements, vendor contracts, employment agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, admin related contracts etc.
• Advising the business teams of MoneyView on regulatory environments relevant to the BFSI sector.
• Advising on other general corporate commercial matters for the MoneyView Group.
• Management of internal stakeholders and negotiating with external stakeholders; liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and outside counsel to manage multiple projects.
Qualifications:
• Law degree from a recognised, well-ranked university.
• Between 1-2 years of relevant PQE.
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating equity, or debt transactions documents.
• Experience in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions.
• Experience working with the corporate, transactions or banking practice at a corporate law firm is preferred.
• The candidate should be able to work independently and exercise sound and practical judgment.
