Job Title: Legal Associate

Experience: 3 – 10 Years

Education: LLB 3 Years / BA LLB / LLM

Notice Period: Immediate – 15 days

Location: New Delhi

Employment: FTE

Must Have

Drafting of renting, leasing, of commercial properties

Payment follow ups and recovery

Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents:
• Prepare, review, and negotiate rental and lease agreements for commercial properties.
• Ensure all documents comply with current laws and regulations.
• Payment Follow-ups and Recovery:
• Manage and follow up on rental and lease payments.
• Handle recovery processes for overdue payments.
• Legal Research:
• Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Provide insights and updates on legal changes affecting commercial property leasing.
• Court Proceedings
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents for court cases.
• Attend court hearings and provide support as needed.
• Client Interaction
• Liaise with clients to address their legal needs and provide guidance on commercial property matters.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Compliance
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with relevant legal standards.
• Keep updated with changes in property laws and regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal roles, specifically related to commercial property leasing.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in court proceedings is a plus.
