· Preferably students completing their course in 2026
Role Requirements
• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for complex commercial transactions, with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Standardizing EPC, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), and various other agreements, and prepare toolkits for business, using captured learnings from negotiations with clients, and basis inputs from business and management.
• Assisting in providing legal & compliance support in strategic transactions.
• Research on compliance and regulatory framework pertaining to solar industry across US.
• Assist in cross functional support – business partnering with HR, finance, administrative, procurement, logistics and business development teams for resolving all contractual and legal issues faced in day-to-day operations.
