About Us:
Dushyant’s Legal Services is looking to expand the team with full-time talents. We are involved in all things legal, from research to litigation, in a variety of sectors for clients on National and International Matters.
Full-time and in-person position:
We are seeking a Legal Associate to join our team and provide comprehensive legal services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Provide independent consultation to clients, advising them on legal matters, including national and international issues.
• Using legal practice management software, developing and maintaining workflows, legal templates, and other documents.
• Collaborating with other law firms to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Writing articles and other materials to promote our firm and its services.
• Assisting with other legal and non-legal duties as assigned.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a law graduate or a lawyer admitted to the Bar who has:
• 0-2 years experience.
• A solid understanding of legal principles and procedures, with excellent research and drafting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice to clients.
• Experience with legal practice management software and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Pro and MS Office.
• A no-work-is-too-small attitude, knowledge-hungry, honest, willing to take risks and try new things, and tech-savvy.
Payscale: Upto 2.5L per annum
