Analytical Skills and Technical Support capabilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in legal case support or relevant field is a plus
Knowledge of motor vehicle accident processes and insurance claims
Relevant certification or degree in legal studies or related field
