Job description
1. Job Title: Law Associate (Lawyer)
2. Location: Vertica Legal, Defence Colony, Delhi
3. Key Responsibilities:
3.1 Draft and review legal documents, petitions, and appeals. Work closely with senior lawyers, ensuring efficient handling of cases, and preparing detailed case summaries and reports
3.2 Conduct comprehensive legal research. Prepare, file, & maintain petitions, applications, affidavits, and case records. Attend court hearings & client meetings.
4. Requirements:
4.1 Academics & Work Experience: LLB degree from a reputed institution. Minimum 1-year experience in High Court litigation.
4.2 Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation and case management. Strong written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Educational Background: LLB/LLM in Corporate Law, Financial Law, or Business Law; or MBA in Finance with strong legal expertise.
