Job Description

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and processing contracts and settlement statements.
Coordinate with lawyers, conveyances, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth settlements.
Ensure adherence to state-specific conveyancing regulations across Australia.
Prepare, review, and verify loan applications, finance agreements, and related legal documents.
Liaise with lenders, financial institutions, and clients to ensure compliance with Australian lending laws and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial information.
Assist in risk assessment and regulatory reporting for business loan transactions.
Assist in drafting and formatting contracts, agreements, corporate legal documents, and compliance reports.
Conduct legal research on Australian corporate law, regulatory requirements, and compliance policies.
Support legal teams in managing client correspondence, case preparations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure all documentation complies with Australian consumer law, corporations law, and relevant industry standards.
Organize and maintain legal records, case files, and compliance databases.
Oversee electronic filing systems, contract tracking, and legal documentation management.
Ensure proper record-keeping in line with Australian data protection and privacy regulations.
Provide administrative support for meetings, stakeholder communications, and legal documentation workflows.

Must Haves

THIS ROLE IS OPEN TO FILIPINO CITIZENS RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES ONLY

Minimum 3+ years of experience in conveyancing, legal assistance, financial documentation, or compliance support.
Strong understanding of Australian legal and regulatory frameworks in property transactions and business finance.
Proficiency in Australian conveyancing procedures, financial documentation, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with property law, corporate law, and lending regulations in Australia.
Experience with legal software, conveyancing platforms, and financial compliance tools.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to interpret legal and financial documents.
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal and financial matters.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise professionally with legal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines with precision.
Professional demeanor with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Haves

Having a background as a Lawyer or Paralegal is a plus.
