Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions and memoranda. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide practical legal solutions. Mentoring and guiding junior legal staff and paralegals. Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution. Admission to the Bar in good standing. Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing corporate law, either in-house or at a law firm. Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law. Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of litigation management and risk assessment. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
