Roles and Responsibilities About NHA: National Health Authority (NHA)is the apex body responsible for implementing India\xe2\x80\x++s flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called \xe2\x80\x+cAyushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana\xe2\x80\x+d & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and implementation of \xe2\x80\x+cNational Digital Health Mission\xe2\x80\x+d to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare.
Background about NDHM:
The National Digital Health Mission (NDHM)aims to develop interoperable IT platform to integrate all digital health solutions in India. It will be UPI equivalent in healthcare. Education: BA/MA/B.com/Any Graduate degree+ LLB (from any recognized university) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
To be involved in drafting and reviewing agreements, producing technically accurate quality standard work, drafting technically correct opinions and reviewing the reports. To interpret and apply the theoretical legal knowledge so that it applies to practical business solutions. To prioritize work so that the deadlines can be met and is responsible for gathering the relevant information from various resources by using some effective researching tools. To assist in the preparation and research of proposals and tries to identify problems. Provides suggestions as well as creative ideas, thoughts, etc., in various discussions and builds creditability in an effective manner. Provides assistance in providing legal solutions to the problems that have cropped up and ensures that it is in compliance with the current laws. Prepare the legal cases and ensures that they are being submitted to the relevant authorities. Responsible for maintaining all the legal records and reviews the work done by the subordinate staff members as well. Management of resolution of disputes and participates, recommends as well as drafts new codes that are relevant to the law.
