Job Description
• Offer strategic legal counsel across business verticals and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Manage sales and marketing contracts, ASCI gu idelines, tax regulations in the alco-bev industry
• Handle issues related to FSSAI, legal meterology and other relevant regulations
• Manage legal affairs pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, contracts, litigation and regulatory matters.
• Engage in risk management by assessing potential impact of legal decisions on the company.
The Successful Applicant
You should be an LLB graduate with at-least ten years of overall experience, either law firm or in-house. Prior experience with alcohol/ beverages industry is mandatory.
