Job Description
Reporting to the Head - Legal, you will be responsible for:
• Drafting & negotiating ISDA Schedule / CSA and advising on treasury related issues for PAN India
• Ensure regular monitoring of the statutory obligation's requirements of the company
• Maintain costs of functioning as a group within the approved budget
• In depth understanding of banking products such as term loans, working capital loans, consortium and multiple banking, direct assignment, securitisation, debt instruments (NCDs), security documents and related issues, updated knowledge on stamp duty, project finance, trade finance, transaction banking services such as Cash management services, bank guarantees, SBLC, escrow, factoring etc
• Review and provide legal advice on development of key strategic contractual documents and decisions and support managers with the resolution of all contractual issues/disputes in order to safeguard the company's best interests
• Ensure regular monitoring of the statutory obligation's requirements of the company
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you are a Law Graduate with 3-10 years of relevant experience including current or prior exposure to Lending transactions, ISDA/CSA and Treasury related issues
