Job Description
Drafting and negotiating legal agreements: You would be responsible for drafting and
negotiating commercial legal agreements such as vendor contracts, procurement contracts,
service provider contracts and more.
● Providing strategic legal advice: You would need to provide legal advice and guidance to
Client’s businesses stakeholders on legal issues related to corporate matters, statutory and
regulatory compliance, privacy, consumer laws, and more.
● Managing legal risks: You would need to identify and manage potential legal risks related to
agreements to ensure that the Client and its various business interests are protected.
● You would need to stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends and
advise on interpretation and application of a wide variety of legal areas including media laws,
intellectual property, IT laws, data protection, payment regulations, advertising & marketing
