About the role:
We are seeking a UK Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE experience to support our transactional legal team.
The successful candidate will assist with Code Renewal transactions, legal supplier management and financial control, while innovating the legal process and implementing continuous improvements.
Familiarity with telecoms leases and the Electronic Communications Code (2017) is required, with prior experience being advantageous.
This role involves providing dedicated legal support to the Estates project, managing the legal completion of Code Agreement / Lease / License / Freehold Acquisition transactions internally.
The candidate will work closely with the leads of the Estates team, responsible for delivering renewals through the end-to-end process from legal instruction to legal completion in line with monthly forecasts and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
A UK Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property conveyancing from a well-regarded city / regional firm.
2-3 years PQ experience in commercial conveyancing transactions, particularly relating to landlord and tenant matters.
Experience of working with the Electronic Communications Code.
An understanding of property litigation.
Good commercial awareness with ability to deliver clear advice.
Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of formats with colleagues and others outside the business.
Able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
