About the Position:
This is a key role in providing legal support to our business across a wide range of commercial contract matters.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Provide high-quality legal advice on commercial contracts.
Advise internal stakeholders on risk management, legal compliance, and best practices in contract negotiation and execution.
Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
About You:
A qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial contracts.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial law, contract drafting, and negotiation.
Excellent communication skills.
Pragmatic approach with a keen eye for detail and risk management.
