Key Areas of Focus:
1. Land Due Diligence Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations and risk assessments for potential land acquisitions to assess the viability of land for projects.
2. Land Rights Evaluation: Evaluate land rights and title searches to ensure project viability.
3. Contract Development: Develop standardized contract templates and guidelines to streamline the contracting process.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the National Green Tribunal regulations and Renewable Purchase Obligations.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support land acquisition projects.
Requirements:
1. LLB with minimum 8 years of experience in land legal in renewable industry.
2. Familiarity with the process of land due diligence, assessment, and acquisition across states in India.
