Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
- Devising contracts with the different Business partners and be responsible for the entire contract management life-cycle.
- Responsible for all the legal documentation during the Fund Raise and ensure smooth closure of Legal Due-Diligence process.
- Preserving the company's IP assets
- Leading & closing all the legal matters, diligence and documentation during Acquisitions Deals.
Qualification & Experience:
- LLB/ LLM from Top Law School.
- 7 to10 years of work exeperience with 3 to 4 years in top-tier law firm and 3 to 5 years in a Start Ups only
