We are hiring for a legal position in a Mining Company working as MDO at Jhamar Kotra, RP Mines, Udaipur, one of the largest Rock Phosphate mines in India.
The candidate must/should have:
1. A year or two around experience, work in Corporate sector.
2. Must have dealt with government/semi-gov. undertaking, bodies, authorities. (no, you wont be dealing with IBM or DGMS or State PCB. directly),
3. Drafting must be good enough, English fluency, understanding Hindi, Coordination and communication skills, behavioural calmness (as you are to apply them while remaining in-house or while working on P/O, S/O and work orders with various vendors).
4. Agreement drafting, red-lining and vetting.
5. Awareness about mining laws, liaisoning is a plus, if you already have read or dealt with or done as the case may be,
6. A person who considers himself of a balanced mind,
What you will be getting:
1. Good Hike on previous substantiated salary,
2. Food and Travel, if posted inside mining lease area. T&C
3. Exp. to Work w.r.t mining laws and environmental laws, DGMS compliance, Local issues etc.

In this role, you will provide legal
support to the company on a wide range of matters, including:
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including agreements relating to procurement,
service, consulting, distribution, external manufacturing, sales, license, intellectual property,
franchise, leave and license and other legal agreements
Experience with retailers, drafting of basic franchisee, store opening retail contracts
Experience with legal notices from business partners (sending notices and replying to notices)
Conducting legal research and providing advice on a variety of legal issues
Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other corporate transactions
Assisting in managing and resolving legal disputes
Working with external counsel as needed
Qualifications
LLB degree from a recognized law school
2-5 years of experience in a corporate or in-house legal setting. Retail experience or experience in
executing commercial contracts will be preferred.
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
