Your Role at Hostplus
You will contribute to ensuring our members retire with the best possible outcomes, working in a dynamic Legal team that provides high-quality and timely legal advice to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality and timely legal advice to the business, addressing emerging legal issues impacting the Fund.
Review product disclosure statements, financial services guides, target market determinations, and other financial services collateral.
Review member communications, marketing materials, and press releases.
Develop fact sheets and guidance notes for use by member-facing staff.
Assist with the development of, and undertake, internal staff training sessions and programs.
Assist in managing litigation.
About You
We are seeking a talented individual with experience in financial services and exposure to superannuation, who has strong technical legal skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation.
