Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Legal Counsel role located in New Orleans, LA. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, negotiating contracts, and handling various legal issues on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Legal expertise in Law and Legal Issues
Experience in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar in Louisiana (or eligibility for admission)
