• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements such as EPC, O&M, and PPA
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Manage legal risks and ensure operations are compliant with law
• Support corporate decision-making to ensure legal and ethical compliance
• Prepare legal reports and documents related to company projects
• Participate in strategic planning and execution in legal matters
Requirements:
• A degree in Law from a recognized university
• Experience in handling legal matters in the Power Generation industry
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
