Build resilient compliance frameworks in a global business by partnering with leadership.
Draft, review, and update policies, SOPs, and frameworks to align with evolving regulations.
Lead initiatives on digital transformation in compliance, AML screening, financial crime risk, gap assessments, and third-party risk management.
Partner with leadership to strengthen compliance effectiveness through process re-engineering, automation, and change management.
Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Manage teams of 4–5 professionals and drive stakeholder expectations globally
