Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate law programs (BA LL.B., LL.B., LL.M.)
Develop and update course curriculum in line with Bar Council of India (BCI) guidelines
Mentor and guide students in academic and career development
Encourage participation in moot courts, legal aid clinics, research projects, and internships
Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals
Contribute to academic administration, examination duties, and institutional development
Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures
Eligibility Criteria
LL.M. (Master of Laws) – Mandatory
PhD in Law – Preferred / Highly desirable
NET qualification (as per UGC norms) is desirable
Strong academic background with consistently good results
Experience
Minimum 1–5 years of teaching experience preferred (fresh PhD holders may also apply)
Experience in moot court training, research guidance, or legal practice will be an added advantage

Solid subject knowledge across core law subjects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Research orientation and publication record
Ability to mentor and inspire students
Tech-savvy with digital teaching tools
