Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Counsel at AMN Life Science Pvt. Ltd. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and handling property law matters, including conveyancing. The role will involve ensuring compliance with regulations and managing legal risks for the company.
Qualifications
• Legal Advice and Legal Document Preparation skills
• Experience in Property Law and Conveyancing
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Law degree from a recognized institution
