Contracts Review and negotiations for various procurement and customer contracts e.g., Master Services Agreement, Software Licensing Agreements, Implementation Agreement, IT Support Agreement, Service Level Agreements, Teaming Agreement, Confidentiality Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments, Standalone Agreements
Contract negotiations for both buyers and suppliers, particularly, for the Sales team
Contract Advisory
Preferred candidate profile:
0-2 years of experience / internship in the legal department in IT / manufacturing industry
