Responsibilities
Play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department by providing comprehensive administrative and organizational assistance to our executive-level attorneys
You will be an essential bridge between our legal team, other departments, and external stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for the legal department, facilitating effective communication between attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, briefs, and correspondence, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
Coordinate and manage document flow, ensuring timely review and signature of legal documents
Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support attorneys' case strategies and decisions
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and presentations, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions
Prepare expense reports, manage billing and invoicing, and maintain budget tracking for the legal department
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis as required
Undertake general administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and managing office supplies
