JOB DETAILS
1.Drafting & Vetting of agreements such as, Memorandum of Understanding, Letter of Intent, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Vendor / Service Agreements, Master Services Agreement, Outsourcing Agreement, Client Agreements, Logistic Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Affidavit, Authority Letters and other commercial contracts & agreements.
2.Drafting of various letters such as Termination Letter, Intimation Letters, Handover Letter and various other communications as per the requirement.
3.Negotiating terms of engagement and contracts with vendors and Client.
4.Performing Due Diligence of the documents for verifying clear and marketable title of the owner of the Property.
5.Assisting internal teams on matters relating to contracts, leases and any other query.
6.Drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation such as case papers, appeals, legal notices and liaison with various law firms, counsels, consultants on various matters.
7.Litigation management, handle all litigations including recovery matters.
8.Represent the company in court cases and file suits / claims in the court on behalf of the Company.
+.Preparations of case drafts, Coordination and Briefing / discussion with the lawyers for legal cases including Arbitration matters and provide the required documents to Advocate for proceeding of the matter and Follow up with Advocates for updating of legal cases.
