Roles and Responsibilities

Draft & Review : Letter of intent, MOUs, leases, Subleases , Service agreements, Tri-party contracts, Legal & Licensing documents etc.
Provide legal counsel and recommendations for various legal aspects while drafting or reviewing the documents. Utilize expertise in title certifications.
Act as a representative of the Think Space Coworking Pvt Ltd during agreement draft discussion and debates, take lead and secure the interest of the company, find amicable way of execution in case of challenging and contentious legal situations.
Offer expert opinions and ensure prompt responses to stakeholders.
Work closely with all sales representatives/ Executives/ Community managers and assist them gracefully on various legal matters , Agreements, Deeds etc.
Pre Requisites

LLB, with a good command over English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Minimum 2-5 years of work experience real estate documents drafting and execution.
Expertise & Knowledge of : Rent Act , Leave and Licence agreements, Lease - Sub Lease , Service agreement, company act etc.

Salary: 35k-60k CTC/month
