To look after the overall function of the Legal Department independently. Having adequate knowledge of real estate laws and society matters.
A Person should be well versed in contract drafting such as Lease Agreements/License Agreements/Franchise Agreements.
Also having good network in Local Bodies and Authorities (such police department, Deputy Registrar, GDA, Nagar Nigam & NOIDA). Should be capable of handling a team of at least 5 people.
Responsibilities and Duties: to look after the overall function of the Legal Department independently. Having adequate knowledge of real estate laws and society matters.
A Person should be well versed in contract drafting such as Lease Agreements/License Agreements/Franchise Agreements.
Also having good network in Local Bodies and Authorities (such police department, Deputy Registrar, GDA, Nagar Nigam & NOIDA).
