We have open position for Senior Level Profile for REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER LTD CO
Location:- NEW DELHI
Profile:- LEGAL HEAD
Salary:- Upto 10 Lpa
Job Description:-
LLB/LLM/ with extensive legal experience preferably specialisation in Companies Act,and Rules/ Corporate Laws / International/ Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law having at least 10-15 years of experience as a Head of the law department of any reputed Real Estate Company.
Preference will be given to candidates with extensive knowledge of Legal issues relating to Companies Act, practical experience as a legal support, advising on Legal Aspects of Grievances/Complaints resolution and handling Disciplinary/Appellate functions.
Contract Management: - Review, draft, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance.
Legal Strategy and Counsel: - Develop and execute legal strategies aligned with business goals. Provide expert legal advice on diverse matters to senior management.
Litigation Management: -Handle litigation matters, collaborating with external counsel as needed. Analyse risks, suggest mitigation measures and represent the company in legal proceeding.
Compliance Assurance: -Stay updated on legal changes and guide policy enhancements.
Risk Management and Dispute Resolution: - Identify potential legal risks and develop proactive strategies.
Skill Sets Required
In-depth knowledge of applicable laws
Effective Managerial Skills
Proficient in application of general laws
Experience in interpreting legislation into practical application
Avid Communicator with an ability to persuade
Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills
Job Profile:-
To prepare and update corporate legal strategy.
To ensure that legal documents are drafted reviewed and interpreted as per applicable laws
To ensure that all legal opinions and advice commissioned are stored in the legal advice database.
