Roles And Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all the legal documentation during the Fund Raise and ensure smooth closure of Legal Due-Diligence process.
- Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
- Leading & closing all the legal matters, diligence and documentation during Acquisitions Deals.
- Devising contracts with the different Business partners and be responsible for the entire contract management life-cycle.
- Preserving the company's IP assets
- Accountable for overseeing all legal proceedings and litigations
Qualification : LLB/LLM from Top Law School.
Experience & Key skills : 7 to 10 years of experience in Contract Management, Funds Raise process, M&A deals, and compliances only from START UPS only with 4 to 5 years of experience in top tier law firm.
