We’re looking for a driven, people-oriented individual to be the first point of contact for new clients and help grow the firm through exceptional customer service and consistent follow-through.
Position Overview:
The Client Intake Specialist will be responsible for managing all incoming client inquiries—phone, email, and online—while ensuring a smooth, professional, and empathetic experience for every potential client. This is not just a receptionist role: it requires strong customer service skills, sales instincts to convert inquiries into clients, and an interest in the legal field.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all potential new clients via phone, email, and online submissions.
Provide empathetic, professional, and clear communication to individuals often experiencing difficult situations.
Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather all relevant client information.
Manage and monitor all online inquiry platforms and ensure timely follow-up.
Consistently follow up with potential clients who have not yet signed with the firm, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Coordinate internally with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure smooth case handoff.
Track, document, and manage all leads using the firm’s systems.
Maintain a high level of organization and accountability in all follow-up tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service skills: You enjoy helping people and can quickly build rapport.
Natural sales ability: You are comfortable encouraging potential clients to move forward with our firm and can explain value persuasively.
Interest in the legal industry and eagerness to learn about personal injury law.
Prior work experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, sales, retail, call centers, etc.).
High level of diligence and organization—you don’t let tasks fall through the cracks.
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Compensation:
Salary range: $42,000 – $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
Potential for performance-based bonuses tied to successful client conversions.
