Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Legal Intern to join our Shares Recovery & IEPF Claims team on a full-time basis. This internship is ideal for someone serious about building expertise in corporate legal recovery processes, with a focus on Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) procedures, unclaimed dividend claims, and recovery of lost or forgotten shares.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Drafting & Documentation
• Draft and manage documents for IEPF claim filing and recovery process
• Review ownership records, legal authorizations, indemnities, and affidavits
Regulatory Research
• Study and interpret legal guidelines from MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) and SEBI
• Stay updated on rules relating to unclaimed shares and dividend procedures
IEPF Claim Handling
• Prepare and file IEPF Form-5 and supporting legal documents
• Verify client documentation and ensure error-free submission
Client Communication
• Interact with clients to gather case-related documents and explain claim processes
• Provide timely updates and assist in resolving documentation or procedural queries
Coordination with Registrars & Authorities
• Liaise with RTA (Registrar and Transfer Agents), companies, and authorities to follow up on claims
Internal Case Tracking
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of claim status
• Ensure all data is updated in internal systems and properly archived
Who We're looking for:
✅ Law graduate or pursuing final year of LLB/LLM
✅ Available full-time (Monday–Saturday) for a minimum 6-month duration
✅ No short-term internships (1–3 months) or certificate-based projects will be entertained
✅ Good knowledge of Companies Act, IEPF rules, unclaimed shares and dividend processes
✅ Excellent in legal drafting, detail orientation, and document handling
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Willingness to work on-site in Dwarka Sector 22, Delhi
✅ Must read and understand IEPF rules and process before applying or appearing for the interview

• This is a work-from-office opportunity – No online or virtual work allowed
• All interviews will be conducted in person only at our office in Dwarka Sector 22
• Internship starts immediately upon selection
