We are a fast-growing investment banking and advisory firm working at the intersection of finance, strategy, and innovation. We are looking for a proactive Legal Intern to support our in-house legal and HR teams.
Role Overview:
As a Legal Intern, you will assist the company in reviewing and drafting documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting HR-related legal processes. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the legal operations of a financial services company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements.
Support in compliance with SEBI, RBI, and company law regulations as applicable to the investment banking industry.
Help maintain legal documentation and ensure timely renewals and filings
Assist HR in reviewing employment contracts, internship agreements, and internal policies.
Research on labor laws, ESOPs, and other HR legal matters.
Coordinate with external legal advisors or consultants when required.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of all legal communications and documents.
Provide assistance in internal audits or due diligence processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Pursuing/completed LLB or equivalent law degree.
Strong interest in corporate law, labor law, and financial regulations.
Detail-oriented with excellent legal research and drafting skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Prior internship experience in corporate/legal teams (preferred but not mandatory).
Available to work full-time or part-time as required.
