Research on various points of law. 2. Read & update laws/byelaws/rules & regulation applicable on housing (RERA Rules, Environmental clearance, IBC, SARFAESI, Local laws pertaining to real estate etc.) 3. Labour Law Compliances for a company. 4. Legal due diligence. Key skills needed 1. Should have pursuing BA LLB or an equivalent course (whether 5 years or 3 years) from a reputed university. Preferably in their 3rd or 4th year of law school. 2. Should have had prior internship experience. 3. Good drafting, research and communication skills.
