About the Role:
MVS Legal is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Litigation. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in both prosecution and litigation related to Intellectual Property, with the ability to handle matters independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently handle prosecution matters related to Intellectual Property (IP) and manage litigation cases.
File trademark, design, and copyright applications independently, respond to office actions, and attend hearings at IP offices.
Manage contentious proceedings such as oppositions, rectifications, and more.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of substantive and procedural IP laws.
Conduct extensive legal research and analysis.
Draft legal documents with precision and manage client relationships effectively.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in IPR Litigation.
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Proficient in handling IP prosecution and litigation.
Excellent command of substantive and procedural IP laws.
Effective client management and communication skills
