Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate in IP Litigation at NAGPAL & ASSOCIATES® LLP in Delhi, India. The Associate will be responsible for appearing before various courts, drafting Plaints, Written Statements, handling trademark, copyright infringement, and domain name disputes.
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience PQE in a law firm specializing in Intellectual Property Rights
Salary
Negotiable
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Previous experience in IP litigation is a plus
• Experience in Trademarks and Copyrights
• Good understanding of IP rights
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
